Benefits of Hemp seeds and Mint

Hempseed and mint chutney. Healthy and easy preparation

Ingredients :

2 bunch of Mint leaves
1 inch or 2 small pieces of Ginger
1 small piece of Tamarind
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tbsp Peanuts
1 tsp Urad dhal ( de husked black gram )
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Hemp seeds
5 Red or Green chillies
1/2 tsp Hing (asafotedia)
2 tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Clarified butter / ghee (optional)
Salt and Chillies as required.
