– 1/2 cup hemp seeds
– 3-4 cups of spring water (I used 3 but you can add a bit more depends on the consistency you like your milk)
– Dash of salt
– 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional; if you don’t want vanilla milk, you don’t need it. You can also add cocoa powder if you want chocolate hemp milk)
– 1-2 tbsp agave (can also use maple syrup or 1 date)
– Nut milk bag (can also use a super thin towel or an old, clean thin shirt)
Serving: 2 1/2 cups
Place all ingredients into blender and blend until it is well mixed together!
Place your nut milk bag into a pot and pour your blended milk into the bag. Squeeze out the excess milk from the bag into the pot.
Pour milk into a container of your choice.
Place in fridge. Shelf life is 4-5 days.
